NMED News:The New Mexico Environment Department  NMED   stanley quencher has updated its daily Rapid Response COVID-19 Watchlist, which includes New Mexico places of employment that have had two or more rapid responses in the last 14 days. There are 125 establishments on the Watchlist.The current Rapid Response COVID-19 Watchlist and closure list, which includes all establishments that stanley quencher  have been required to close, are posted here.The state initiates a rapid response when it learns of a positive COVID-19 case in a workplace. NMED or the state agency initiating the rapid response will offer direction to establishments regarding testing, quarantining and isolating, disinfecting, and COVID-Safe Practices.The Watchlist includes organizations for which NMED conducts rapid responses, including grocery stores, restaurants, retail stores, gyms, salons an stanley ca d business offices.The Watchlist also includes K-12 public schools that have had two or more rapid responses in the last two weeks. The New Mexico Public Education Department  PED  conducts rapid responses at these locations when employees and/or students test positive.The Rapid Response COVID-19 Watchlist allows the public to make more informed decisions when patronizing establishments and also assists NMEDs Occupational Health and Safety Bureau and other state and local regulatory agencies in evaluating whether organizations are complying with state public health orders and COVID-Safe Practices. FBI Newsrosecution Brought Under Project Safe Childhood; Defendant Faces 15 Year Prison SentenceALBUQUERQUE 鈥?Asa Jake, 40, an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation who resides in Pine Hill, pled guilty Friday in federal court in Albuquerque to child sexual abuse charges. Jakes plea agreement recommends a 15-year prison sentence followed by a term of supervised release to be determined by the court. He also will be required to register as a sex offender.Jake was arrested April 25, 2018, on an eight-count indictment charging him with sexually abusing a child stanley kubek  under the age of 12 between November 2013 and December 2015. The indictment alleged that Jake committed two acts of abusive sexual contact between August 2015 and December 2015, and six acts of aggravated sexual abuse between November 2013 and December 2015. According to the indictment, Jake committed the crimes on the Navajo Indian Reservation in McKinley County.During Fridays proceedings, Jake pled guilty to two counts of abusive sexual contact. In entering the guilty plea, Jake admitted sexually abusing the child, who was under the age of 12, on two separate occasions between August 2015 and December 2015, at a location on the Navajo Indian Reservation.Jake has been in federal custody since his arrest and remains detain stanley cup ed pending his stanley deutschland  sentencing hearing, which has yet to be scheduled.This case was investigated by the Gallup Office of the FBI and the Ramah Navajo Tribal Police Department.
